There is now a career opportunity for a seasoned HR Service Delivery Lead to join their regional corporate office in Singapore.



As HR Service Delivery Lead, your overarching responsibility will be to oversee HR service delivery across Singapore office, with keen focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations. Collaborating closely with a wide range of key global stakeholders, you will lead a team of direct reports to:



* Partner with HR CoE and HRBP organizations in the execution of an efficient and effective HR service delivery model that enhances HR value offerings to its internal clients
* Manage and optimize resource planning, HR priorities, strategic direction for HR Shared Services team
* Lead HR strategic outsourcing initiatives to optimize resource planning and ensure alignment with corporate HR direction
* Oversee and ensure achievement of key HR service delivery and performance metrics
* Lead change, educate and influence senior stakeholders on changes in HR service delivery model and garner support and buy-in for new HR initiatives
* Lead a strong HR Shared Services team to be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes and delivery of HR programs
* Oversee and ensure HR processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements including keeping abreast of changes in the regulatory environment and updating HR processes as needed
* Play a strategic HR business partnering role to Singapore leadership team



Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree with a professional HR qualification
* At least 10-12 years' of cumulative HR experience with at least 5-6 years leading employee life cycle HR Operations/ Shared Services in a Financial Institution
* Possess a strategic mindset, excellent all-round communication and high-level influencing skills
* Possess strong leadership skills with ability and agility to respond to change and a rigorous approach to continuous improvement
* Ability to align and motivate resources to meet/exceed customer expectations at the lowest cost
