Programme Manager - Systems Integrator or BIG4 Industry Background

Client is a very reputable and stable organisation seeking to hire a new professional for the growing plans.

Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join the team very soon.

The scope covers project management, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business analysis/process re-engineering, conceptualisation and detailing out solutions.



Key Responsibilities

* Project Planning and Management

* Prepare and define RFP specifications, conduct RFP exercises, evaluate proposals
* Programme manage large and complex IT projects
* Deliver assigned projects within schedule, cost and agreed scope
* Manage multiple projects under a programme of work

* Business Analysis and Process Re-engineering

* Responsible for providing consultancy in business process re-engineering
* Plan, design and facilitate workshops to derive current state gaps/challenges and future state design and solutions
* Conceptualisation of functional requirements

* Management of delivery teams (custom development and packaged solutions is a MUST HAVE)

* Management of development schedules
* Build narratives and acceptance criteria for the highest priority stories in upcoming iterations/sprints
* Development of test plans/scenarios
* Lead system, integration and user acceptance testing
* Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed

* Stakeholder Management

* Actively engage all stakeholders to identify project risks and apply feasible mitigation controls to ensure minimal impact to overall project deliverables
* Conduct regular meetings with project steering committee and senior leadership
* Prepare project metrics to track and analyse project performance



Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering

1 At least 10 years of programme management experience
2 Consulting and BA experience
3 Experience working on custom development projects (web, mobile)
4 Experience working on packaged solution implementations e.g. CRM, ERP, Procurement systems
5 Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
6 PM qualifications- PMP, Prince2
7 Excellent communications skills with ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders, who can be senior management in the organisation
8 Business Analysis Certification i.e. Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) from Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Scrum Master
9 Capability of working in international/multi-cultural environment at various levels
10 Must be open to travel
11 Knowledge of .NET, JS frameworks, relational DBMS concepts is advantageous
12 Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin is advantageous
13 Experience using software collaboration tools like Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent is advantageous
