This position will jointly determine strategic choices and implementation of the HR policy as a representative of HR in the Management Team.

The Regional HR Manager will provide the leadership, management and execution to meet the region's ambitious growth goals. The HRBP will support the organization to build leadership capability within the company, drive a performance-driven culture and lead as the expert in culture transformation.

This role will:

* Engage and partner with the Management Team and in-Country HR to support and develop the alignment of business strategy and success to people strategy
* Drive and translate localised employee interests when implementing people strategy process and policies in their respected business units
* Serve as a value-add interface and presence with business leaders
* Diagnose, define, and deliver organizational insights for the region as well as for change initiatives

People Strategy Partner

* Serve as the HR driver and coach to the leader(s) and/or leadership teams of the APAC region in leading, managing and supporting their teams to deliver the business strategy using the appropriate tools and knowledge
* Develop a deep understanding of the business's operations; its performance drivers, and metrics, in order to deliver efficient and effective programs and solutions that will enhance business performance
* Build strong relationships with the business leaders based on respect and trust, in order to partner effectively, influence decision making, and coach on a range of confidential and sensitive issues
* Translate annual and long-term business plans into talent, succession and organizational plans for the region
* Work with business lead(s) to align the internal organization to external customer expectations

Talent Manager/Organizational Designer

* Implement talent management solutions that support business priorities
* Support managers on the quality and outputs of talent management processes and principles
* Coach business leaders and support their coaching and mentoring activities
* Consult with business leads to identify skill gaps in order to develop internal talent
* Play a key role in recruiting and developing senior talent
* Facilitate resolution to critical employee relations issues

Operations and Execution

* Measure and tracks performance and ROI of HR investments
* Translate and implement global and local policies and drive adherence to processes
* Collaborates on design programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective
* Work closely with business leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
* Manage and execute program and processes in partnership with clients (e.g., salary review process, talent calibrations)
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance as appropriate
* Provide support to leadership on appropriate interactions with regulatory bodies, Works Councils and Unions as required

The successful candidate will have:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent is required. Masters in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred
* Minimum of 10-15 years experience in resolution of complex employee relation issues
