A major financial services firm is looking for a HR Technology Leader who can leverage on technology to improve end-to-end employee experience.
The Client
Our client is one of the largest financial institution with over $40 billion in assets. They have been awarded for being the Most Valuable Brand in the country and the region for consecutive number of years to date.
The Role
As the Senior HRIS Manager, this position will report directly to the Head of Human Resources and be responsible for the development, implementation and Group management of HR information systems. He/she will be instrumental in enabling the systems and technology that will significantly improve the overall employee experience.
Being the HR Technology Lead, he/she must be responsible for project planning, negotiations, communication and management of external and internal stakeholders whilst providing leadership. The priority requirement is to manage to a successful conclusion the on-going implementation of a regional HR / Talent Management and Reporting System. Within this remit, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with key stakeholders to define and deliver change management in the re-engineering of the current HR process and workflow.
The goal is to find a leader who can speak and talk technology to get out to the line/business in driving the best HR practices that bring expertise, efficiency and collaboration.
The Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related field, preferred but not essential.
* Minimum of 8+ years of combined experience in change and project management, development of IT-based solutions with a strong knowledge and appreciation of the best practices associated with people and talent management processes.
* Sound understanding of HR processes and data, HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes.
* Solid experience and proven track record in leading the selection and implementation of a comprehensive HRIS solution as well as the development of the HRIS strategy, business case development, vendor selection and implementation.
* Has experience of successfully managing technology projects and roll outs.
* Must be a team player that can establish quickly, build effective and collaborative relationships
* Strong time management and organizational skills to be able to tackle multiple priorities
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and outcomes by establishing and interpreting metrics.
* Has a customer focused attitude with strong communication and listening skills.
* Passion, reliability, combined with a 'can do' approach
