Our Client



We are working with a leading security organization that provides solutions and advanced integrated services. They offer security technology solutions, information facilities management as well as business process outsourcing, manpower services for aviation, enforcement support, event and executive security including auxiliary police. They have a strong international presence that extends to Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Malaysia and the Middle East.

This role will head the Centre of Culture & Leadership Development within their Learning Academy. As a leadership role, he/she will manage a team of approximately 5 learning designers and facilitators.



Responsibilities

* Lead in the development of culture and leadership programmes/initiatives aligned to the firm's vision and global strategy.
* Work collaboratively with business development teams, local/regional leadership teams, The Academy, HR and other centres of excellence to provide learning & development solutions to embed culture shifts and leader growth.
* Serve as the primary connection to Executive Leadership in culture and leadership matters.
* Organize development, including coaching, for Senior Leaders in the areas of adult learning and organizational capability development to advance the corporate strategy and regional business goals.
* Provide insights into the effects of various leadership and cultural programmes on organizational performance.
* Research, identify and incorporate performance building instruments and programs to enhance team and organisational effectiveness.
* Occasional travel is required.



Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Education or other related disciplines. A Master's Degree is a big advantage.
* IAF Certification is preferred.
* Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in consulting on cultural and leadership development in alignment with strategic business goals.
* Record of designing, developing, and implementing effective cultural and leadership development &OD programs that are practical, realistic, and produce measurable impact.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire others at all levels within the organization.
* Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a convincing and inspiring manner.
* Experience working in a global corporation with a matrixed organizational structure.
