Our client is a global company that provides enterprise software products for every aspect of business and is looking for a Senior/Sales Manager(ERP)

We are interested to speak to experienced (ERP Solution) Sales Manager! If you have experience selling ERP solutions in the ASEAN region, we want to speak to you!

Role might be placed in Malaysia but covering ASEAN

This position is accountable for the sales success of the business unit. The overall objective of this role is to achieve or exceed budgeted revenues each financial year.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Required to participate in the creation of the business plan for the business unit.
* Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual financial targets (revenue quota).
* Direct selling of net new software licenses
* Work with and building on the current Channel Network to drive partner on software license deals
* Responsible for the effective collaboration with other sales business partners in the allocated territory.
* Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated territory; including setting sales strategies & policies; control of the business partners; achievement of agreed sales volumes; and the development of future sales plans.
* Responsible for maintaining eSales CRM and submitting required sales reporting to the respective Sales Director.
* Responsible for handling escalated customer complaints.
* Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded.
* Provide sales, technology and business related expertise particularly in the relevant Industry
* Establish contacts and building positive relationships/networks with senior level decision makers of the relevant Industry and its environment.
* Travelling is essential

PRE-REQUISITES:



* A University Degree from a well-recognized tertiary institution, preferably in related discipline.
* Minimum 5 to 8 years of solid successful track record of sales / direct sales
* Experience in the related industry/reseller markets.
* English is a must. Any other ASEAN language would be considered merit.
* Focus on generating and driving sales
